We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Inside Sales / Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of experience, who has a passion for uncovering new business opportunities together with technology, learning and digital software to join our growing London team. Serving prestigious corporate and public organisations across the United Kingdom, you will be part of a professional, fun and interdisciplinary team. Your role will involve using your great personal communication and networking skills, your systematic approach to contacting prospective clients, and your technical and business understanding to continually fill a pipeline of clients that you will then work with our principal consultants to convert into happy customers. Your Job Seek new customer contacts using prospecting skills in both online/offline settings Be active prospecting and hunting for new business Attend networking events relevant to the industry Discover and qualify customer opportunities for our principal consultants Set up meetings, using your relationship building/influencing skills and a "consultative selling approach" Manage sales activities concentrating on our high quality and innovative learning solutions as well as report on and prioritise sales activities accordingly Prepare proposals, pitches, capability presentations incl. develope materials to grab attention during the sales phase Maintain and utilise our CRM to manage all activity Build in-depth knowledge of IMC solutions and contribute to the sales strategy Your qualifications Former position related to Technology Inside Sales/ Business Development or Consulting (>2 years) Affinity with software such as LMS, HR Software, e-learning, Digital Content, Knowledge Management etc. would be highly beneficial Ready to quickly develop an understanding for our customers’ HR processes and how IMC technology is able to improve them Logical and analytical thinking skills as well as a pronounced problem-solving competence A pro-active and focused attitude, capability to work autonomously Be motivated by the sucess of the team and company they work for, and be ready to take on all challenges You can self-manage your time, be responsive to leads and work to deadlines Willingness to travel across the UK (and at times internationally) What we offer Our company focuses strongly on high quality enterprise level learning platforms and solutions as an integral part of today’s business needs.
